It has come to our attention that the information regarding changes in the VIP Experience package has not been made clear. We apologize for this and would like to state clearly what these changes are.

When these Experience packages were sold over 3 years ago, the world looked a lot different than it does now. MB20 has always tried to deliver unique, one-of-a-kind experiences to their fans, offering them inside looks to their show, intimate interactions where possible and more. While the band still looks forward to doing that, certain elements of the Experience have had to change in order to ensure that the tour will be able to continue successfully and uninterrupted.

Unfortunately the photo portion of the package has been changed to a “socially distanced” photo with the band. We live in a different time and have had to take extra precautions as they move through the country and the world. They have a long tour ahead of them and staying healthy must be the top priority so they can continue the tour with no more cancellations or delays.

We understand this can be disappointing for some. If this change in the package is not acceptable to you, refunds for the VIP Experience portion of the package are available*. Your ticket will still be valid, but you will forfeit all of the other pre-show activities of the VIP package, including the Soundcheck/Q+A, Priority Entry, VIP Merchandise and Signed poster.
