First time I have seen Matchbox Twenty in concert. FANTASTIC show! Loved every minute of it. Will definitely try to catch a show again in the future. Thx for an awesome night of music!
I have a single ticket to sell for this concert if anyone is interested. It's section CHRC, Row R, Seat 10. I bought 4 tickets and one of my friends can't make it now. We didn't realize that it was Easter weekend. We'll be in Indio Saturday morning so we can meet sometime before the concert to exchange money/ticket. It's $112.50 with all of the fees. I must say I'm a bit upset. I missed out on good tickets last tour and told my wife I'd do what it takes to get good seats this time. I set up Google alerts and joined the fan club so I can get advance notice on the tickets. NOTHING came up, not even an email alert that tickets are going to be on sale. I figured that the fan club alert would be enough so I don't have to keep checking every day. Apparently, it wasn't.
I don't want to have to pay scalper prices for tickets. Why should my money go to somebody who isn't even a fan? I don't have much choice, though, since the good tickets all sold out within hours. I don't want to spend $150 to have seats that are near the back and in the corner.
I'm sorry to hear that the true fans were given the short stick this time. I don't see any reason to remain a fan club member in the future.
The tix went on sale 12/14/12...all at the same time to FC, the public, everyone's brother & sister. I am choosing not to go rather than spend $100+ for shitty seat. Tribal members got 1st 10 rows, then "hotel package" got next 2 rows & supposed and then the charity site got the next 2 rows. StubHub is outrageous & as a FC member I shouldn't have to go to StubHub to get a decent seat (of which there really aren't any there either). If I can't make use of my FC membership for a summer leg of tour then I won't be signing up for FC any more. Lack of communication is awful, as is their always passing the buck.
Is it true there will be a big city tour? I live in Phoenix. I have to either go to Indio or Las Vegas ... the Vegas tickets are soooooo expensive. And no CA locations! I do hope the "big" city tour is true. Can someone confirm?

I've seen email after email, and tweet after tweet about all of the other concerts and venues, but nothing at all about this one. Just on a whim I decide to see if the tickets are on sale yet. They're on sale, but the seats are horrible. Now I don't even know if I want to go. No communication about this concert at all! Very disappointed!!
Really disappointed. Was there any email sent out that these tickets were even going on sale? I just checked all emails from mb20 and did not see one. Really hope for better customer service and venues for Cali in summer tour!!
Oh heck no James Peters!!! I had been checking my e-mail all day on 12/10, anticipating a 12/11 pre-sale IF we were to get one. 'tis also only reason I bought a membership which is apparently worthless.
