I've been a member since FOREVER! First with Matchbox Twenty, then with Rob Thomas. I did not get an email for the CT show and now I cannot get any tix!
This is bullshit! I didnt get the fan club preorder code. i paid 20 bucks for nothing! i want my money back!! and those people dont answer their phone!
So I signed up for fan club too late to get the presale code, do I get a code for the presale tomorrow or am I screwed on that too since I'm not buying them together??
Do like I just did and file a complaint with necal Better Business Bureau. We may not get presale codes, but at least we can try and get refunded our stolen $20.00. https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started
