Soooo I paid $500 for a M&G, bought tickets to this show, then just found out I can't use my M&G for this show....really? Sooo I could have put that $500 toward my college tuition? Super upset right now >:(
There are shows you still can't get tickets for even today without a code! I love that I get to "Bundle" my tickets with another fan club membership though. What was wrong with the one I bought on Sunday? Other than you can't buy tickets with it! Oh, and priceless...the "Bundle" package is charging 22.99 for the fan club, when I already bought it for 19.99 from the Matchbox 20 website! What a scam. I think we should all be contacting our state's BBB.
I can understand why some people are upset but I am just happy I don't have to travel to see them. I can't believe they are coming to Normal, IL! :-) I will purchase my tickets tomorrow and be happy.
Don't know if everyone has seen the latest news article posted but it does state:
"If you were not a member of the fanclub when the email blast announcing the exclusive fanclub presale went out - we're sorry, but you do not get to participate in the 1st day of ticket presales.
And don't worry! There is another presale scheduled for tomorrow Wed Nov 14th at 10am Local Venue time. During this presale, you will be able to bundle your ticket purchase with a fanclub membership. That presale occurs before the tickets go on sale to the general public so you still get a head start! Thanks for understanding."
Well Im not on Twitter. I paid through Paypal Im demanding a refund after this is all done I am so mad about this I could scream. I have never seen them and I wanted to so bad.
RT's twitter feed says they are working on fixing the fan club issues - but I am in agreement with those of you frustrated with the no password issue - GroundCtrl will be getting called @ 11:30...
10:06 CST and Ticketmaster has tickets and VIP for sale, but MB20 site still shows VIP greyed out...nice! Oh yeah and no PreSale codes sent to the fans that paid...extra nice! Webmaster and Ground Ctrl folks should be canned for lack of communication....obviously someone is not doing their job. Unfortunately, MB20 will take the heat.
